ENTREGRADOS LIVE PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT AND RELEASE

I understand and acknowledge that I am purchasing tickets to ENTRE GRADOS LIVE (the “Show”), an interactive show which will be recorded live and shared through social media platforms including, without limitation, to YouTube, Facebook, Tik-Tok, and Instagram, either in the form of live-streaming or to be reproduced later on.   I further understand and acknowledge that such live recording will result in the rendering of various photos and/or videos depicting myself, the host, other guests, or a combination.

By clicking ‘submit’ below and purchasing tickets to the Show, I hereby authorize NITANTARDE PRODUCTIONS LLC and EL PATIO CONTENT STUDIO, LLC (“Producers”) and their respective agents, managers, owners, licensees, assigns, and successors in interest, the right and permission, in perpetuity and worldwide, to use my name, image, likeness, and voice, in connection with any material that may be recorded during the Show.

I further grant and authorize the Producers the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, reproduce, distribute and make of any and all photos and videos, or other material taken of me during the Show, to be used for any promotional materials including, but not limited to, commercials, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, whether such use is commercial or noncommercial.  This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered.  This authorization shall continue indefinitely.

I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears, including written or electronic.  I waive the right to any royalties or other compensation from any uses of such material.

I hereby certify that I am over eighteen years of age and am competent to contract in my own name insofar as the above is concerned. If I am under eighteen years of age, my parents or legal guardians have read this document and have given their consent by signing below.

Alcoholic Beverages and Nature of the Show: I understand and acknowledge that I may be offered alcoholic beverages throughout the duration of the Show, due to its interactive nature. I will be at the liberty to accept, or not, the same, and I will limit such consumption to my own personal standards and discretion.  I hereby certify that if I am offered alcoholic beverages and accept such offering, that I am twenty-one (21) years or older.  I also understand that the Show, in the form of an interview, will contain comments, language and depictions that are intended for an adult audience, involving satire and off-color comments about a variety of subjects, such as politics, religion, sex, among other topics.  I am taking part of the Show at my own personal discretion, as I am not offended by listening to that material, or for being part of the Show or having my image and likeness associated to the same.

I acknowledge that: video recording shall not be allowed to the audience; photos will be only permissible with no flash, and any postings of such photos shall be of noncommercial nature.

I hereby release the Producers, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the same, from and against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, suits, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever in connection with any of the foregoing.

By purchasing the tickets I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above consent and release and agree to be bound thereby.  I have the option to print this instrument.
